BBQ on the Brazos
has the cooking equipment to meet your needs. We have 2 mobile units that are available to be on site for your event.
The first rig is a 30"x8’ long cooking chamber with 2 doors, each section having two slide out cooking crates. The firebox is 30"x30" using hardwood only. Also this rig has a steak grill and two burners. This rig is approximately 17’ long.
The second rig is an Ole Hickory 15-shelf 500-lb. smoker under an awning. This unit has a 3-compartment sink, hand washing sink, hot/cold water tanks, gray water holding tank and refrigeration. This rig needs a 110 outlet or we can bring a generator. Overall it is approximately 17’ long
